Our technicians have good experience in installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of generators, pumps, lifts and all other electromechanical equipments and machineries.
Our technicians are able to make maintenance of electronic board and electrical parts. Our technicians have 4 to 10 years’ experience.
Dezami’s technicians are ready for your service at any time on a contractual or phone call basis. Besides, we train our technicians and operators of our clients on site.
Our technicians are very friendly and ethical. Above all they respect the ethics of engineering and follow strict procedures to protect our clients from bigger risks and damages. We hope that you will be satisfied with our team and our service facilities.
Our technicians are supported from the manufacturer’s in cases of some difficulties. And also, they are updated to the new technological aspects and information.
Training facilities are available for operators and technicians. Regular periodic training programs are organized for our technicians and our customers’ technicians and operators to afford all concerned the opportunity to learn.
In addition to the above training courses are also conducted by engineers from our manufacturers and/or suppliers to provide both theoretical and practical exposure.
Training aids employed during all training programs/courses are video films, slides, text book and repair manuals, practical on-site training and FAQs.
Test Benches
Dezami is sticking to its tradition of being a groundbreaker in the sector by installing the first test workbench in the country. The test bench is a technical testing center that checks the quality and performance of new, recently repaired or used equipment.
The test bench will be help us ensure that what we import and sell you is of the highest quality and will also test how well the equipment we repair in our maintenance unit has been repaired. This test bench will also help other importers and users of the sector to check if their equipment is of the quality that was advertised.
